This project was meant as a further development in an urban area of varied context, typology and differing rules of city planning. It is a detached residential building whose height and form further forms a typically Zagreb city block.
The protruding volume facing the street features large sliding louvres that acknowledges one of Croatia’s most famous modernist residential buildings – Ivo Vitić’s Laginjina Building.
